My coaching philosophy is very simple: “To create an enjoyable but challenging working environment to support the overall development of the athlete.”
I only have 3 rules at my sessions:
1) 1) You work 100%, 100% of the time
2) 2) You work 100%, 100% of the time - with a smile!
3) 3) Do not (or at least try) call me Coach Chloe! Chloe is just fine J
